World renowned smart control, automation and enterprise solution manufacturers, Crestron, used the recent InfoComm 2017 trade show as a platform to show off a whole host of their new innovations. Amongst those were what the company described as ‘ground breaking’ Avia Audio Solutions for enterprise spaces.
Those solutions included precision engineered Avia digital signal processors (DSPs), multi-channel amplifiers and intuitive Avia software which Crestron describe as being able to combine to simplify professional audio in professional and commercial spaces.
Crestron demonstrated the new Avia Audio Solutions amongst other simple and scalable enterprise room solutions at InfoComm and explained that the powerful Avia platform was able to dramatically simplify audio programming, tuning, expansion and integration in any enterprise space.
The ways in which the new Avia Audio Solutions can do so are varied and diverse, too, according to Crestron. They include being easy to program with DSP channel strips, allowing users to seamlessly generate and connect UI elements to Crestron touch screens, and giving them the capability to harness built-in spectrum analyser, speaker profiles and other tools for room tuning.
The solutions, too, allow for expansion via the ability to route audio via Dante™ network, VoIP, POTS or USB connectivity and integration through a native connection with an existing Crestron enterprise management platform. There is little surprise, then, that Crestron’s audio technology manager Dennis Fink is very positive on the benefits of these new solutions:
‘Avia Audio Solutions provide robust, easy to scale audio systems for a wide range of enterprise rooms…Configuration and control is fast and easy using our intuitive new Avia Audio Tool software; expansion is seamless over the Dante network; and the overall performance is truly best-in-class.’
