Crestron Electronics, a world leading manufacturer of audio as well as home automation solutions, have in the past few days announced a new partnership with audio specialists Powersoft.
That new partnership now means that Crestron’s Vector Performance loudspeaker series, which was first launched at Infocomm 2017, is now available with Powersoft’s Duecanali or Quattrocanali amplifier platforms as options.
The Crestron Vector Performance loudspeakers are designed to be perfect for large audio installations, such as lecture halls and other open spaces. Partnering the speakers with Powersoft’s Duecanali or Quattrocanali amplifiers, therefore, offers greater flexibility and a wider range of installation options.
Both the Duecanali and the Quattrocanali amplifiers are one rack unit, two and four-channel amplifiers, which are ideal for small to medium size applications where the channel count is limited.
That makes them an ideal complement for the Vector Performance series of loudspeakers, at least according to Crestron’s partnerships manager, Bob Bavolacco:
‘We are pleased to partner with Powersoft by pairing their class leading power amplifiers with our Vector Performance speakers and are confident that this will bring more options to our customers in the professional performance markets…Powersoft’s reputation speaks for itself and these amplifier platforms became a natural choice as we explored dependable, constant voltage systems to scale our portfolio in this demanding category.’
