Extron Electronics, a market leading innovator and manufacturer of audio visual solutions, have been busy announcing loads of new products in the past week and one of their most interesting announcements has been the unveiling of a newly redesigned 10” tabletop touchpanel.
Named the TLP Pro 1025T, the latest of the company’s extensive range of control touchpanels has been redesigned with a whole host of innovative features. Those include a new, high-performance quad-core processor, eight times more memory, a higher resolution, 1280×800 capacitive touchscreen built with scratch and smudge resistant Corning Gorilla Glass, and a distinctive enclosure with a sleek, gracefully sweeping back.
On top of those potentially beneficial features, Extron also exemplified a number of other elements of the new TLP Pro 1025T as part of their announcement. Those include, most notably, the convenience of PoE – Power over Ethernet, which allows the touchpanel to receive power and communication over a single Ethernet cable. That makes the TLP Pro 1025T ideal in any environment requiring a stylish, tabletop touchpanel with a fully-customizable interface, according to Extron.
An interesting new device which could be perfect for a range of different environs, Extron’s vice president of worldwide sales and marketing, Casey Hall, explained the improvements which the company have made in its production:
‘We designed these new TLP Pro 1025T touchpanels with a number of significant enhancements in both performance and style…We boosted processing power, memory, and graphics, then wrapped it all in a sleek enclosure that simply looks stunning.’
