World renowned home automation company Savant have in the past week announced the availability of their very first line of motorised shading products. Released under the brand name Savant Shades, the first of what is likely to be many new products are a line of roller shades developed in conjunction with JGeiger.
Designed to be installed with no fascia or enclosure of any kind, the first of the new Savant Shades all have fully exposed rollers. That means that their motors are located within the shade tubes themselves, whilst each of the roller shades also have no exposed screws.
As well as aiding the aesthetic of the new Savant Shades, the innovative design has also been chosen to aid quicker and easier installation. To the same end, Savant have implemented a new ordering and installation process by which integrators and installers can ensure that they deliver perfect new Savant Shades to end users.
Savant already offer over 500 different fabric types for customisation of shades, either from stock or from affiliated manufacturers such as Mermet & Vertilux. What’s more, the new Savant Shades are available in four price points (small, medium, large and extra large) and brackets are available in black and white, with Satin Nickel expected to be available in October.
