Universal Remote Control Inc. (URC), a world leading manufacturer of home automation and smart control solutions, unveiled four new Total Control products at the recently held InfoComm 2018 trade show.
The new products showcased at the world renowned audio visual show comprised two new processors and two 10” touchscreen controllers for commercial and high-end residential applications.
The two new URC Total Control processors are named the MRX-30 and the MRX-15. Each of those new processors provide two-way communication with the family of URC Total Control user interfaces.
The MRX-30 boasts features such as four 12v outputs, six programmable sensor ports and twelve standard 3.5mm IR emitter ports with variable output level. It is set to begin shipping at the end of this month, with the MRX-15 due to become available later in 2018.
The other two products unveiled by URC at InfoComm 2018 were the TDC-9100 tabletop touchscreen controller and the TKP-9600 10” in-wall touchscreen. Both of those products include a built-in audio/video intercom feature for room-to-room communication and are also set to ship in the upcoming months.
Alongside that quartet of new products, URC also introduced their new TC Flex 2.0 programming software at the InfoComm show. According to the company ‘TC Flex 2.0 delivers totally customizable, freeform GUI design on a clean canvas’.
